Great Place To Work® announced the 19th edition of the Best Workplaces Spain 2021 ranking and Genjoy, a Scopely studio was awarded the 14th position in the category of 50-500 employees.
To qualify for this recognition, all employees completed a survey about their workplace experience. Their answers are directly received and processed by Great Place To Work® without Scopely's involvement. To be able to enter the ranking of The Best Companies to Work in Spain (by Great Place to Work®), the employees' assessment of the company must be at least 70% Confidence (Trust Index©). Additionally, it is necessary to provide information on policies and practices in relation to Care and Management of people.
9 out of 10 Genjoy employees surveyed said that the company is a Great Place to Work.
This prestigious ranking, in its 19th edition, was announced in a virtual event by the leading consulting firm in the construction and certification of Excellent Places to Work. This recognition proves that Genjoy, a Scopely Studio, is an organization with a culture based on high confidence, in which employees are engaged and motivated to do their best. Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the special assessment that its professionals make of internal collaboration (98%), the enjoyment of day-to-day life (94%) and close relationships between members (93%); among other issues.
