Talent strategy veteran will help guide company’s global expansion
Roxane Lukas recently joined Scopely as Chief People Officer to lead the our worldwide human resource functions. Roxane is responsible for all internal relations, culture, learning, employee rewards, talent development and people operations functions to help drive high performance as the business continues to scale.
Prior to Scopely, Roxane served as SVP and Head of People at TechStyle Fashion Group, whose brands include JustFab, Fabletics, Shoedazzle, Fabkids and Savage X Fenty. The company was recognized as a Great Place to Work® multiple times during her tenure while also scaling globally through more than 3x growth. Roxane also has in-depth experience in the gaming industry having served 8+ years at Electronic Arts (EA) as a global HR leader. In addition to running talent strategy for EA’s social, mobile and online businesses, she led M&A integrations for more than 15 global acquisitions. Roxane has also worked at Levi Strauss in leadership development and she began her career at BeamPines, Inc., an assessment, executive coaching, and career management consulting firm.
