Scopely welcomes Daniel Freireich, grows European presence with office in London
Hello, London!
On behalf of Scopely, it’s my pleasure to share some exciting news -- Daniel Freireich has joined us as President, Games, to manage and grow part of our casual games business.
As we continue to scale Scopely, Daniel is a great example of yet another exceptional leader that can help us achieve our goal of becoming one of the preeminent mobile games companies in the world. Daniel will focus his efforts on further expanding the types of games we build and will work to bring even more world-class team members to Scopely.
An industry veteran, Daniel was previously Managing Director of Product Madness, which he first joined as a founding team member to lead tech, product and analytics. He later assumed the role of MD following the acquisition of the company by Aristocrat Gaming and led the business to become the largest mobile games developer in the UK and top 30 in the world.
Daniel is extremely passionate about games and a strong believer in teamwork, and I can’t wait to see the impact he will have at Scopely.
Daniel will be based in the UK, expanding our European presence witha new office in London. Continuing our global growth, Daniel’s presence in the city will enable him to further expand our capabilities in the market, hiring more exceptional team members in a city that is home to some of the best games talent from across the globe.
