Supporting Scopeleans during Mental Health Awareness Month and beyond

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and improving access to mental health resources. In raising awareness, we can help reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness and the treatments and practices for maintaining mental health.

At Scopely, we believe in the importance of putting your mental and emotional health first, so that we can all bring our whole, authentic selves to the work we do as individuals and shared in our global teams. In practice, maintaining mental wellbeing can look different for every individual's unique needs: for some, it could be creating a flexible schedule with their teams; for others, it may be drawing clear boundaries between online and offline hours, or blocking time for fresh air during the day.

To further support Scopeleans in taking the time to care for their mental health, our Community Taskforce team curated Mental Health Care Packages with self-care goodies and mindfulness tools and exercises.

Scopeleans are also invited to participate in Live Guided Meditation sessions to help build this mental health skill as a long-term wellness practice, and have access to Ginger Mental Health Coaching and resources all year long!

These care packages and always-on resources serve as a reminder of the responsibility we all share — to ourselves, our loved ones, and one another — to prioritize our mental wellbeing and support those around us to do the same all year long.
