“Scrabble GO” won “Best Puzzle, Trivia & Word Games” at the 2024 Webby Awards, sharing the award with The New York Times Connections! Chosen from 13,000 entries, Scopely was celebrated with four accolades - including two nominations and two honors for the 28th annual Webby Awards:
- “MONOPOLY GO!” — Best Game Design (nominee)
- “MONOPOLY GO!” — Best Sound Design (honoree)
- “Scrabble® GO” — Best Puzzle, Trivia & Word Game (nominee)
- “Stumble Guys” — Best Action & Adventure Game (honoree)
With these accolades, Scopely was one of only four games companies to receive four or more honors this year.
“Scrabble GO” shares the stages with other 2024 Webby Award winners spanning across a variety of brands, talent, games and more, including The Kelce Brothers, Barbie, Jimmy Fallon, Google, Apple, Gucci and iHeart Media to name a few.
Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor,” The Webby Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet.
All Webby and Webby People’s Voice Award Winners will be honored at the Internet’s biggest night at the star-studded 28th Annual Webby Awards hosted by Amber Ruffin on Monday, May 13 in New York City.
