Roxane LukasChief People Officer
Roxane Lukas serves as Chief People Officer at Scopely leading and building our worldwide People functions, which includes talent strategy, culture, diversity and inclusion, employee rewards, talent development and people operations. She has been helping individuals, teams and companies define success criteria and achieve their goals for 20+ years. Prior to Scopely, Roxane served as Senior Vice President and Head of People at TechStyle Fashion Group, whose brands include JustFab, Fabletics, Shoedazzle, Fabkids and Savage X Fenty. The company was recognized as a Great Place to Work® multiple times during her tenure while also scaling globally through more than 3x growth. Prior to TechStyle, Roxane founded The Realis Project, a leadership training and consulting firm, where she worked with a broad range of business and HR leaders to achieve both people and operational goals. Prior to consulting, Roxane served 8+ years at Electronic Arts (EA) as a global HR leader. In addition to running talent strategy for EA’s social, mobile and online businesses, she led M&A integrations for more than 15 global acquisitions. Prior to EA, Roxane worked at Levi Strauss in leadership development and she began her career at BeamPines, Inc., an assessment, executive coaching and career management consulting firm. Roxane is a mentor to the accelerator program Start Engine, a member of the Startup Specialist Network, an associate of Rewire Leadership Institute® and has completed training at the Pacific Gestalt Institute, Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and New Ventures West. Roxane holds a B.A. in Literature from Skidmore College, an M.A. from the University of Santa Monica in Spiritual Psychology and an M.A. from New York University in Executive Development.
